A fabulous day and evening was held at Sovereign Hill yesterday. The grade 5 students made excellent ambassadors for the school with their faultless behaviour. The highlight of the day was most definitely the sound and light show, “Blood on the Southern Cross”.

Thank you to the parents who dressed their children in pioneer clothing. They looked fabulous and blended nicely into the surrounds at the pioneer village. Thank you also to all the parents for picking up their children so promptly at 10:15pm. And lastly, a big thanks especially, to the parents who personally acknowledged the efforts of the teaching staff for planning and running the day. A simple thank you makes our jobs all the more worthwhile.
